Reaching and Teaching Kununurra Kids for God
Bethel Kids Bible Study is a non-denominational ministry that was started by Meg Shedley and Florence Bessant in Bethel Community. It has grown and been running for many years due to the help of numerous volunteers, the support of various local churches and Bethel Community in providing the venue.
KMC Centre holds the popular weekly children’s ministry. Praise God for the eager 35-40 mainly indigenous kids from the Kununurra community. The purpose of Bethel Bible Study is to reach the primary age children of Kununurra (4-12 years of age) with the love and truth of Jesus Christ {as revealed in the Bible}. In runs on Thursday evenings (5:30-7:30pm), during the school terms. Children are provided meals, songs and dances, relevant bible teaching, and active fun games.
